We understand that you may sometimes need to change your appointment, and kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice when doing so. This allows your appointment slot to be open for other bookings. If notice is given on the day of booking, 50% of the session fee will be payable. Non-attendance of a scheduled appointment will incur the same fee. Rescheduling of appointments will not be accommodated until payment of fees has been received.
